Session Details:

The CD jacket says it was mixed in November 1985 and mastered in February 1986. Bruyninckx says it was recorded in either Feb or November of 1985, and Lord says it was recorded in February 1985. It seems to coincidental that they would come up with those two months and they would just happen to coincide with the jacket... except that the February is in the wrong year. Therefore, I'm assuming they copied their info from the jacket, and that all we can be sure of is that the recording took place sometime before it was mixed in November 1985.

This session, FYI, was originally commissioned by Joseph Papp of the Publick Theatre in NYC and the NY Shakespeare Festival for the "New Jazz at the Public" series. -JS
