Ellington invited Byas to sit in on this track. Technically (as written and annotated in this wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diminuendo_and_Crescendo_in_Blue) these are two songs with an interlude in between them, often called "Wailing Interlude". Hazavoet just lists the song, implicitly including the interlude within it, while Lord lists the interlude separately. Based on the nature of the song(s) that make up this track, Hazavoet's annotation is probably correct and what we are using here.
Also, the concert was longer, but this is the only track that Byas plays on. In the interest of a complete discography OF DON BYAS, we are listing only this part. For the rest of the session, you can find it on Lord or Bruyninckx. -JS
