Session Details:

For some reason, Bruyninckx does not list the first track, where Eldridge sits in. There may be an error there, on somebody's part: the same 'Ballad Medley', containing the exact same songs are also attributed to a session on November 2, 1955 that also included Roy Eldridge. While it is entirely possible that Eldridge joined Dizzy for one track in the studio on the exact same ballad medley, and that both versions were included on issue MGV 8212, it seems more research ought to be done here. -JS
