Between Lord & Wikipedia's entry for the album "New Faces", it's a little confusing to determine where the personnel change is on bass and percussion. I am inclined to go with Wikipedia's entry, since at least it isn't self-contradictory. (Lord says Goines plays on tracks marked with a #3, and Thornton plays on tracks with #4, but there is no #4 anywhere; furthermore, the tracks that Lord does mark with #3 are the same ones that Wikipedia lists as having Thornton on percussion, not Goines on bass.) -JS
