The Cuscuna/Ruppli book is the clearest source, except for the alternate take of For Regulars Only, which Bruyninckx identifies as Take 18, in addition to being the alternate. Allmusic lists both takes in their entry for the issue, but doesn't indicate which version is the master and which is the alternate. Mirroring the order Bruyninckx puts them in, I made used the master as being the shorter track, but that needs to be confirmed further. -JS
