Session Details:

Between Losin, Sutherland & Burton, there's a violinist that frequently pops up in Bird's sessions named either "Sam Kaplan" or "Sam Caplan". Burton lists the violinist in this session with a 'K', but Losin lists him with a 'C'. In other sessions, though, it is the other way around. For our purposes, we are treating this as the same person, and spelling with a 'C' because that is what is most frequently found. -JS
