The Garbolino discography lists the numbered date as "660507" as in May 7th, 1966, but then says April 1966, written out below. That seems to be a typo in the second part, not the first. That is, the correct date is most likely May 7th. 

Without being able to hear the session, it is unclear if the 'Forest Flower' is the one sometimes called 'Sunrise' or the one called 'Sunset'. It would be helpful to know why Lloyd sometimes distinguished them as separate compositions and sometimes simply as 'Forest Flower'. 

Also, this has been mentioned in other sessions gleaned from Garbolino, but there are frequent misspellings of songs. In this instance, the correct title 'Love Song to a Baby' is included here, whereas the discography says, 'Love Song Baby'.
