The recording date is most likely incorrect on the Blue Note CD reissue, giving the date as December 2nd, instead of the more widely listed December 21st. Also, Erik Raben's book "Jazz Records 1942-1980" claims that the second track is a Byrd original, not the Einar Swan standard. This contradicts Lord, Bruyninckx, jazz disco.org and the CD dustjacket, but upon listening to the track appears to be correct. -JS
