Issue Details:

Chetbaker.net is pretty comprehensive and is responsible for the bulk of tracks on this issue, except for those from the session with Edelhagen in Baden-Baden. For some reason, chetbaker.net does not include this session among the complete discography. This is interesting especially considering the inclusion of his sitting in with Brubeck at the Newport Jazz festival (see notes for that session). -JS

Furthermore, Lord claims a number of other songs from the Edelhagen session appear on this issue, but the baker discographies do not. I found a photograph of the album cover on Amazon, which appears to disprove Lord's claim. Also, while the baker discographies do not say this, the album cover claim the version of "Yardbird Suite" is from the Baker/Getz session in the Haig on June 12, 1953.-JS

Finally, the "untitled hidden track" is as much a mystery as its name, and without a hard copy to listen to, it's difficult to even hazard a guess if it even from one of the other sessions included in this issue. I've attributed it to the Edelhagen/Baker concert, but that's only because it happens sequentially after the Edelhagen session tracks and everywhere else in the issue sessions are lumped in together. -JS
